Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No Refunds. But we will gladly EXCHANGE the size within 15 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Please first email us at orders@cynababy.com to authorize the exchange. We must receive the item you are exchanging within 15 days after your exchange was authorized or it becomes void. Please indicate what items you are returning as well as what size you would like to exchange for.
Wash and Care Instructions
Cynababy swimsuits are constructed with cute details and trims that may be delicate. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water.
All swimwear should be hand washed individually with mild soap using cold water. We recommend lingerie detergent. Lie flat or hang to dry.
Keep your bikinis separately to avoid Swarovski rhinestones from snagging other fabrics.
