Swimsuits are not stock items, they are custom made to order. Once you place your order, we process, cut and sew your bikini/s. The whole process is pretty fast and it normally ships out of here (Southern California) within 7 days after placing order. (that is an estimate, during peak months it may take more or less time to process, make, and ship)
Free shipping via USPS First Class Mail to anywhere within the United States. Alternative shipping options may be available at additional costs.
Cynababy is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or customs in the recipient country.
For International Orders: We try our best to avoid you fees but Cynababy has no control over any duties & taxes for imports issued at the recipient country. Duties & Taxes issued in the country of origin are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns / Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for refund. But we will gladly EXCHANGE of size or style of equal or lesser price on any product that is unworn with the tags attached 15 days from your received shipment. Please email us at orders@cynababy.com to authorize exchange and mention what size you would like.
Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. We will not be held responsible for items that have been lost/stolen so please track your package.
Your exchange will be shipped upon receipt and inspection. If we are 'out of stock' on the fabrics on an item you want to exchange for, you will receive store credit. By purchasing from Cynababy.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
